Brand New Welcome & Onboarding Page
After installing Groupboss, users will now see a new onboarding page designed to guide them through the first important steps.
1. Pin Groupboss to Your Browser Toolbar
Pinning the Groupboss extension is important so you can access it quickly while approving Facebook group members.
We’ve added a visual quick guide that shows exactly how to pin Groupboss to the browser toolbar after installation.
2. Watch the Getting Started Video
Users can now watch the new “Getting Started with Groupboss v4” video directly from the onboarding page.
The video walks through how to connect Groupboss with your first CRM, Google Sheet, or Email Service Provider.
3. Launch Facebook Groups in One Click
Once setup is complete, users can click the “Launch Facebook Groups” button to go directly to Facebook and start using Groupboss.
Optional Uninstall Feedback
We’re also adding a quick optional feedback flow when someone removes the extension.
If you ever uninstall Groupboss, you’ll have the option to share what went wrong or what we can improve. Your feedback helps us make Groupboss better for everyone.
