𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐛𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐕𝟑 𝐢𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞: 𝐀 𝐌𝐞𝐠𝐚 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞!!

Groupboss team had been working on V3 for last couple of months to bring something special. We are now happy to announce the following updates in Groupboss.

𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥 – Users can now set up automatic approval to approve members based on predefined conditions.

𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 – Users can filter out unwanted member requests using automatic decline settings.

𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐈 – Groupboss extension pages have been redesigned for a better and more intuitive configuration flow.

𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫 – The data scraper has been updated to enhance data collection accuracy.

𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 – Implemented a data collection history feature to track previously sent data through Groupboss.

𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 – Added a retry feature on the data collection page, allowing users to resend data if it wasn’t successfully sent to the server or an integration. Users can also change the Google Sheet URL during a retry attempt if needed.

𝐀𝐏𝐈 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 – Optimized API calls by reducing large payloads and improving critical API endpoints to ensure consistent data flow throughout the extension and web app.

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐰 – Ensured group ownership verification when adding groups, making the process more seamless. For better ownership verification of the groups, an admin can add the group to Groupboss chrome extension by visiting the Settings of the group and clicking the chrome extension.

𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐈𝐃 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 – If a user changes the group ID from settings, the new ID will now automatically update within Groupboss, eliminating the need to re-add the group.
